I live in the NY area and am looking for any free educational seminars or industry events for the forex industry.

Trust me on this.If you are worried about the cost of a seminar you really should not trade on the forex markets.Foreign Markets are highly speculative and I suggest you to atay away from them if you don't have at least $1,000,000.00 in assets excluding your primary residence.
